How to Use:

1, Dry your arm and no oil or lotion. Cut down the pattern you like.
2, Remove clear sheet, and then place tattoo face down on skin.
3, Rub on paper backing to get really wet with a sponge or wet paper towel.

5, Allow the tattoo to dry.

How to Remove:
